The 28th Universal Postal Congress will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 8 to 19 September 2025. The invitation letter sent to all UPU member countries can be found here.
To participate in the upcoming Congress, member countries are also invited to consult the registration guidelines, submit their country's credentials, and respond as appropriate to the call for proposals available here.
