The official branding for World Post Day 2025 is now available, celebrating the power of the Post to connect people and communities both locally and globally. Under the theme #PostForPeople: Local Service. Global Reach., this year’s campaign highlights the Post as a vital public service rooted in communities and driven by people. From rural villages to urban centres, we honour the Post for People.

The UPU will hold its annual celebrations on World Post Day, 9 October 2025.

About the 28th Universal Postal Congress.

The 28th Universal Postal Congress will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 8 to 19 September 2025. The invitation letter sent to all UPU member countries can be found here . To participate in the upcoming Congress, member countries are also invited to consult the registration guidelines, submit their country's credentials, and respond as appropriate to the call for proposals available here .
